Our Ambition

To achieve our stated goals, we have ambitious project plans that, if funded, will enable us to complete the necessary work.

Corkagh Care Farm Project

We are seeking investment to develop a care farm and respite centre near Dublin, designed to serve children, young adults, people with disabilities and autism, elderly individuals, and local school communities. This fully accessible centre will provide individuals with the opportunity to engage in nature-based therapy, educational and recreational programmes, and much-needed respite for families and caregivers. The farm will provide a safe and inclusive space offering animal care, horticulture, sensory activities, and life skills programmes. It will also deliver respite care, therapeutic support, and intergenerational engagement, particularly for those impacted by poverty, isolation, or disability, including elderly people highlighted in the Wasted Lives report. This project offers a unique, nature-based solution to social exclusion, providing dignity, connection, and meaningful experiences to those who need it most. We invite your support in creating a space where all individuals can grow, heal, and belong.

Leixlip Housing Project

We are planning to create a first-of-its-kind housing development for people with additional needs. It is based in the heart of the community, and our aim is to promote independent living. We aim to relocate individuals residing in nursing homes unnecessarily due to a lack of available and suitable living units to their own homes, which cater to their needs and provide them with greater access to society and amenities. There is also a carer’s apartment incorporated into this development, allowing nursing staff to be on site and present when needed. We envision it as a step-down care system in the heart of the community. There is also a café space that can be leased out, providing jobs to people living in the area, and will also bring the community together.
